Fight the Flu with a reduced toxicity alternative

According to experts, this year's flu season will reach epidemic proportions. Although the flu season runs from December thru March, the number of cases this year is already skyrocketing. This year, there are predictions that flu-related deaths in the U.S. will surpass the 36,000 annual flu-related mortality rate. During the week of December 8, schools nationwide reported up to 1/3 of their students were out sick with "flu-like symptoms," and many closed due to high absentee figures. As of December 12, health officials proclaimed the flu was impacting all 50 states, with 24 states listed by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) with "widespread" flu activity, which is their highest designation. At the same time, there were 15 states are listed as "regional" flu activity, the second highest designation.
