Essential Industries Green Essence™ floor care program consists of four environmentally-responsible products that work—period! There is no performance tradeoff. Green Finish and Green Strip comply with Green Seal's environmental standard for floor care products: finishes and compatible strippers used for industrial and institutional purposes (GS-40). Green Clean complies with Green Seal's standard for industrial and institutional cleaners (GS-37).

Essential Industries' Green Essence™ floor care program addresses both environmental impact and user safety. The products in this program exceed all current federal environmental regulatory requirements.

Green Essence floor care products are non-corrosive, ethylene glycol ether-free, VOC-compliant, zinc-free, non-carcinogenic, non-combustible, non-sensitizing, phosphate-free and APEO-free, including no NPE's.

Green Finish

Environmentally-Responsible Floor Coating

A zinc-free, 20% solids floor finish and sealer. Protects and beautifies all floors including vinyl tile, terrazzo and stone substrates. Applies easily, dries quickly to a high gloss and repairs easily. For all maintenance systems, including no-buff, spray buff and high speed burnishing.

Green Strip

Environmentally-Responsible Floor Stripper

Environmentally-Responsible Floor Stripper Aggressive yet safe to use butyl and ethylene glycol-free stripper. Does not contain caustic, phosphate or other alkaline builders. Meets all VOC regulations and ships as non-hazardous material for freight savings. Pleasant and safe to use. Use it at 1:4 dilution.

Green Clean

Environmentally-Responsible Floor Cleaner

Neutral, no-rinse floor cleaner. Contains only detergents and water - does not contain alkaline builders or solvents. Will not dull or leave a film on floor surface. Excellent for cleaning walls, equipment, sealed wood floors, marble, display cases, furniture and stainless steel.

Green Restore

Environmentally-Responsible Floor Restorer

Environmentally-Responsible Floor Restorer Non-film-forming cleaner and restorer. Contains no polymers or wax to eliminate build-up. Removes embedded soil and repairs scuffs, scratches and dull spots while reducing powdering. Use at 1:64 for weekly restoration or 1:16 for periodic deep cleaning prior to recoating. NOTE: GS-40 Standard does not exist for restorers.

The Green Seal is awarded to products that have less impact on the environment and work well. To earn the Green Seal mark a product must meet the Green Seal environmental standard for the category as demonstrated by rigorous evaluation and testing. Green Seal standards are set so that they identify the most environmentally preferable products currently available; thus, they are leadership standards.
