KaiMotion Flawless Waxing
|
Finishing Gym Floors With KaiMotion KaiMotion can
also be used to apply gym finish, both oil-based and water based.
Using the KaiMotion System, apply a precise bead and spread it
evenly with a T-Bar. The easy rolling capability and 10 gallon
capacity make KaiMotion twice as fast - with no backache. |

With
KaiMotion™ there's no more botched wax jobs, no more bubbles and
streaks, or dull, hazy, uneven coats. The KaiMotion System gets it right
the first time, using precise flow control features and a revolutionary
application pad. Our simple, easy-to-learn methods give the worker
control of the results and will change floor care forever.
Precise Flow
Control
Applying the correct
amount of solution is one of the key steps for optimum and
cost-effective floor care.
With KaiMotion the
worker can control exactly how much solution goes onto the floor by
using the spigot throttle and walking at the correct pace. The wider the
opening of the throttle, the greater the flow—the faster he walks, the
less solution goes onto the floor. |
|

To control the thickness of a coat of finish, it is
important to know the width of the area being waxed. The wider the area,
the higher the finger setting. |
|
Smooth
Application
Evenly spreading the
bead of finish is accomplished by combining Kaivac's revolutionary
microfiber wax pad with our ergo handle and our unique method of
application.
With the KaiMotion
System, the operator first releases the finish in a U-shaped
pattern onto the floor. Then, he works in the center of the U-shaped
pattern gliding the pad in a continuous S-shape pattern as he walks
backward. The double-bend ergo handle automatically swivels, keeping the
raised leading edge of the wax pad forward as the microfibers work their
magic. The result is an even coat of finish with no bubbles or streaks.
This rhythmic method of application utilizes the strong leg muscles—not
the upper body—reducing fatigue and back strain.
The
ergo handle is adjustable to fit each worker, further reducing wrist and
back strain. And it's padded—no more calluses! |
|
Because the dirty wax pads never touch the solution
tank, unused finish can be returned to the original container.

Humidity levels
and coat thickness are critical to the proper curing of floor finish.
This chart helps determine the dry time and coat thickness for given
humidity conditions. To ensure superior results, each KaiMotion is
equipped with its own easy-to-read humidistat. |

Worker-Friendly Engineering: Form Follows Function
Our design and
engineering process, called ergoneering, starts with the needs of the
worker. The shape, height, weight, pressure and hose length of our
equipment are all predicated on fitting the machine to the worker.
Concerns such as comfort, ease of use and learning, trouble-free
transport and tangle-free operation are the foundation of our design
process.
Kaivac, Inc. has
multiple patents and patents pending on its No-Touch Cleaning equipment
and methods. |
