The 75/140 & 90/140 Series of Ride-On Scrubbers provide the latest in cleaning technology. Available in a traditional disc version and a modern cylindrical brush model, these units are designed to offer increased performance in a compact unit. A carbon brush-free electronic vac motor that will last 300% longer than the competition, plus a 5-stage sealing system that prevents moisture from entering the motor, are just a couple of the industry leading features.

A magnet drives the solution pump impeller, preventing harsh chemicals or moisture from entering the pump motor. The wheelbase and turning radius of the units allow them to be used in congested areas where many competitive ride-on units cannot be used. BD 75/140 & 90/140

The BD units utilize disc brushes or pads which spin at 180 RPM. The units have 37-gallon solution and recovery tanks for increased coverage. Both the BD 75/140 & 90/140 come ready to use with pad holders, batteries, charger and squeegee assembly as standard. The machines yield brilliant results when used for daily maintenance and scrubbing operations.

The BR units offer the latest modern enhancement:  cylindrical brush technology. Concentrated brush/pad pressure and 1100 RPM brush speed allow not only daily maintenance and basic cleaning, but deep scrub­bing as well. While handling any flat floor surface with ease, structured surfaces such as quarry tile, paver bricks, and raised rubber disc flooring are no problem. Like their BD counterparts, the BR machines have 37-gallon solution and recovery tanks. The units feature a front mount wet pre-sweep and come standard with batteries, charger and black cylindrical brushes.

Convenient Tank Access

Located at the rear of the machine are drain hoses that allow for rapid emptying of the solution. The large 37-gallon recovery tank allows for uninterrupted operation and features an easy access door that allows the tank to be thoroughly flushed and cleaned.

Built-in pre-sweep

 The BR versions feature a front mounted wet pre-sweep. The pre-sweep picks up everything from coarse dirt, small pallet chips and other types of debris that impacts squeegee performance on most machines.

Safety is a primary design element and includes: distinct forward and reverse modes, one touch memory, operating horn, automatic brush stop, solution flow, a squeegee that automatically lifts in reverse, and a back-up alarm.
