Electric High Speed Burnishers

Each machine in Tornado's® line of high-speed electric burnishers are expertly balanced for ideal pressure and sustained RPMs. The Glazers™ are known industry-wide for excellence in design, operator comfort, and unsurpassed burnishing performance. All Tornado Hi-Speed bases are steel, designed for years of use and precision balance. All units include 20" burnishing path, a lock-in retainer pad holder, 1.5 HP motor, and Tornado's Start Guard II handle.

Tornado's selection of electric high speeds includes the economical AC-motor powered unit (98445). In buildings where there is concern for amp draw, Tornado offers a complete selection of permanent magnet DC-rectified powered units. These include a 1500 RPM machine (98457), a 700/1500 RPM dual-speed machine (98440), and a 2000 RPM unit with twin filters for clean-air filtration (98492). Each machine features bumper guards, height-adjustable handle, and rear-mounted stair climbing wheels for transport.

Versitality The Dual-Speed Glazer ^TM (98440) can be operated at 700 rpm for repairing badly marred floors.  Changing pads and switching to 1500 rpm permits glazing and restoring of floors. This unit is perfict for spray-buffing operations.

Clean-air burnishing The Clean-Air 200 GlazerTM (98492) features a deck shroud and twin filters for dust-free operation. This unit is ideal for meeting indoor air quality standards in educational and health care environments.  The filters are easily removable for cleaning.
